Community Futures has been providing rural entrepreneurs with the counselling, services, and supports they need to establish and grow their businesses for over 25 years. In 2010/11 alone, Community Futures organizations in BC gave out 568 loans totalling $29.4 million, creating and maintaining 2,308 jobs.

Because Community Futures is a developmental lender, we have a different approach than financial institutions and may be able to provide loans to businesses that don’t qualify elsewhere.
